Do you offer custom curtains and drapery in Hyderabad?
Yes, curtains and drapery are one of our core categories, made in-house at our Gachibowli studio. We take your window and room dimensions in inches, help you choose fabric by the metre, and handle everything from stitching to installation, alongside our furniture and complete-interiors work.
What is included in your 10-year frame warranty?
The metal or wood frame is covered for 10 years, and teakwood frames carry a lifetime warranty. Foam is covered on a tiered basis up to 10 years depending on the piece, and mechanisms such as recliners and sofa-cum-beds carry 3 years of manufacturer warranty plus 2 years of Luxe’s own service warranty. The warranty is voided by water or flood damage, or by unauthorised repair attempts.
How does the AI room visualisation process work?
We start with a design sketch and your room’s exact dimensions, either supplied by you or measured by our team in person. Those go into our design software to generate a full visualisation of the finished room before anything is manufactured, so you see the real result, not a guess, before committing.
Do you provide complete interior design services or just furniture?
Both. Beyond individual furniture and furnishings, we run full turnkey interior projects: we sit with you to plan the space, put together a detailed spec sheet, send the design for your approval with unlimited revisions included, and only begin manufacturing once you have signed off.

Is there a warranty on foam and cushioning?
Yes, foam is covered on a tiered warranty from 2 years up to 10 years depending on the piece, separate from the frame warranty above.
